Cannibalism is discussed nowhere in the New Testament. Again, this silence is because it was a problem. Nowhere in the "civilized world" in which had spread the Gospel is practiced cannibalism. In summary, although there is no explicit mandate of cannibalism can be noted in Scripture, from the beginning (Genesis 1:26-27), God made it clear that mankind is separate from the animal kingdom, made in His image. Since Noah's time, God made it clear that because man was made in his image, which was to be assessed so that over the animals. Although God gave man permission to eat a large variety of meats, never gave man permission to eat other people. The close association of cannibalism with the final phase of the trial of God also identifies him as the nasty thing and bad it is.
