The 7th album by The Beatles, Revolver, is considered by many music experts to be one of the best albums of all time. For example, was ranked number 3 in the list of Rolling Stone, 2003, of the 500 greatest albums of all time.

The album includes some of the best-known Beatles songs as "Eleanor Rigby" and "Yellow Submarine" and also includes some of his most experimental songs, including "Tomorrow Never Knows" that closes the album in futuristic fashion. Even today, many years later, "Tomorrow Never Knows" sounds like the distant future for me.

Revolver includes an amazing variety of rock songs from "Taxman" to the childlike "Yellow Submarine" to the Indian music influenced "Love You order. "It has been said that every song on Revolver started a new subgenre of rock music, and I would say is probably only a slight exaggeration.

Another factor that makes it really stand out among Revolver album The Beatles is the standard way the rights of membership ranging between Lennon, McCartney and Harrison, who in most of their albums. George Harrison really made itself known as a composer with this album. 3 of 14 songs on the album were his, 6 were mainly by Paul McCartney, and 5 were mainly of John Lennon.

While the disc does not have the same flow for their next album (1967 Sgt. Pepper) would, it could be said to have more consistency. There's really no weak spots in the album. Each song on Revolver has its charms.

As for the songs that Paul McCartney wrote for this album in particular is very impressive: "Yellow Submarine", "Here, There and Everywhere" " Eleanor Rigby, "" For No One "," Got to Get You Into My Life "and" Good Day Sunshine. "Talk about timeless classics. McCartney really could do no wrong at this point. Although almost everyone knows "Eleanor Rigby" and "Yellow Submarine" (and "Got to Get You Into My Life "is well known too) the other songs are equally good.

McCartney himself said that "Here, There and Everywhere" is a favorite. For me, "For No One" is there with her. These are songs that are too beautiful and too perfect for words to describe properly.

It is sometimes said that Rubber Soul was the "marijuana Beatles album" Revolver and was his album "LSD" (or its first album of LSD, there would more to come!) and definitely can be seen in that perspective is. Revolver is an album of ideas. The arrangements and instrumentation are very thoughtful. This is really the listen to real music, not only to sing along a. It's "art rock". But usually it is subtle enough that artiness ( "Tomorrow Never Knows" and "Love You To" be some obvious exceptions) that the only regular music listeners (instead of true lovers of music) you can download the songs too.

Stir well not really my favorite album by The Beatles (The White Album has that honor for me) is an amazing album that deserves all the praise it has received.
