What do I do with my True Love Waits ring they commit?
I've had my True Love Waits ring for about five years, and is, of course, my ring finger of his left hand (as it is supposed to be). However, my boyfriend and I have been talking about marriage a lot lately, and I think it will soon propose. So, when it does, what do I do with my ring of TLW? Should I use the two together, or is it acceptable to use only the engagement ring?
Keep leads to the wedding, because even if you are committed still have to wait until the wedding night! You could, as some people have said, passes down to your daughter (or son – go, not only women are supposed to wait, which is a double standard that is!). OR-I could give her husband on their wedding night privately before consummating the marriage;) And then he can fit in your right hand or on a necklace to remember how patients who were waiting for what can and encourage him to be patient over sexual temptation that you may experience through his marriage (purity does not stop when you get married, there will still be tempted – You have to stay focused on itself, not flirt with other people, not watching porn, etc.) Congratulations on your engagement!
