Rare Boogie

Enter stage left, Elton John, his bizarre, often flamboyant costumes, were overshadowed by his musical talent and timeless flavor without inhibitions for jewelry. A stylist, composer and flamboyant showman, no one ever left a concert in disappointment. To have your jewelry on your radar is an honor and a privilege.

The perfect ambassador for glam rock with his own ego calculated across stages around the world delighting audiences with his soulful music. Among his colleagues in the field of dress, are David Bowie, Brian Ferry and author Marc Bolan.

Knighted by Queen Elizabeth and have received the prestigious CBE, which decided in 1988 to clean up many of their belongings including their concert costumes and jewelry. Sotheby's conducted the auction of Elton in Magritte's surrealist painting of a fish blue pearl collected about one hundred twenty thousand dollars.

Elton was 14 when he and his friends formed a band, the Corvette, which became in Bluesology. Was 1961 and played Ray Charles, Jim Reeves ballads Friday through Sunday at the Hotel Northwood Hills, Middlesex.

With the money made from this work, Elton bought his electric piano first. In the 1960s, supported Bluesology American soul and R & B artists, including Patti Labelle and the Bluebells.

A lover dedicated jewelry designers, fingers encrusted with diamonds and gold, which has done more in the market and make known the budding designer, adding names Babette Wasserman as his list of A.

Furthermore, in the early years reinvented silk ties mod in a very exaggerated, like the boots of electricity in the film Tommy. Even macho men who openly Critis he secretly wished they could experience fame and freedom of expression that was, of course, characteristic of Sir Elton John. A true stylist does not care what is said in the negative context.

And Who could forget his electric light suit and sunglasses, we had never seen glasses like this before, and, like the fashion runway so were diluted his glasses did in stores.

We all need a leader who can continue, otherwise we'd still be wearing clothes back all the same color. But as 90% of the population that we are too afraid of being alone, so that people can say or think, not Elton, had the courage to make a statement and continue.

As designer of late start on the edge of constant failure, everyday I face my fears, failure, failure and more failure, ironically is the same emotion that drives me closer to my goals. So there is a positive side to fear. All you need is a recognition to catapult my concepts to an audience internationally. Sir Elton John and artists like him are a constant source of inspiration, maybe this is enough in the rough road of fashion design. It is full of sauces and dips and you can leave in the lurch at the high tide line.

However, we battle, stand out as the Battler of Pome little and my hero Sir Elton John.

A BRIEF HISTORY

He changed his name, for survey work, Reginald Kenneth Dwight to Elton Hercules John, in 1972. The name came from Elton Dean, a saxophonist, and the late Long John Baldry, a British blues musician. Hercules was the name of the horse in the British television series' Steptoe and Son ".

The formula Taupin Elton began to weave his magic and recorded their first song Scarecrow "in 1967, from writing songs for the likes of Roger Cook and Lulu. Their musical chemistry was a sense of urgency so that, with Taupin writing a lot of lyrics in under an hour and then write Elton music for them in half an hour. If not long in coming with the music, he would dispose of the letter. They were never in the same room during this process.

Sky Elton album, 'Empty' (1969), was somewhat of an empty answer, despite its good reviews. Quickly followed with 'Elton John '(1970), which began climbing the charts and the single "Your Song" to the U.S. Top Ten. A few months later, Elton gave his first American concert in Los Angeles.

Then came the concept album Tumbleweed Connection "(1970) and then the live album '11-17-70 '(1970) (or '17-11-70 'As he was known in the UK), which highlighted the real talent as a pianist Elton rock and show their influence on the boogie-woogie and gospel music. It was well on the way to fame and became the most successful pop artist of the 1970s, releasing several albums, often twice or more a year.

The rest is history.

We offer a selection of silk ties and are rarely twins that Elton John would be proud to wear, or not? In fact we will appoint a silk tie after him, but that captures the essence of its charm and joy.

Boogie-Woogie

Boogie-Woogie

$8.04

In Boogie-Woogie, Danny Moynihan casts a satirical eye over an extraordinary milieu: the nineties New York art scene. With a nod to Mondrian’s abstract masterpiece, ‘Broadway Boogie-Woogie’, Moynihan sets out to recreate the energy of that period of excess. In doing so he paints a deliciously lurid and subversive picture of the lives and loves of artists, dealers, and wannabees in a cut-throat w…
